Welcome friends and runners! Thank you for visiting our website. Here you will be able to view information on my next run. I ran approximately 185 miles from Seattle to Federal Way to Portland in 2009. I ran from Blaine, WA to Federal Way (140 miles) in 2010.

What have we planned for 2012? - - - -
I have started training for the STP, a nice 205 mile run. There will be a jog-a-thon at FW Memorial field on July 10th for all interested in supporting the Federal Way School District's Elementary Track Program.
